Abstract:
To provide a strand guide control device capable of automatically and properly performing works of guiding a strand discharged from an extruder die to a strand cutter.SOLUTION: A strand guide control device is assembled with a guide route for guiding a string-like strand discharged from a die to a strand cutter, a switch mechanism for switching the strand to be guided or not guided to the strand cutter, and a control part for controlling motion of the switch mechanism. The control part performs switching of the switch mechanism based on a predetermined parameter, and the predetermined parameter is at least one of a rotary speed of the extruder screw, a current value of the motor driving the screw, a supply amount of a resin raw material supplied to the extruder from a feeder, a temperature of an extruder cylinder, a temperature of a molten resin raw material when discharged from the die, and a pressure of the molten resin raw material when discharged from the die.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
