To provide a stranding machine which prevents a wire material from flexing by centrifugal force through rotation of a flier.

A guidance post 15 is provided by sandwiching the wire material W from both sides between a bobbin 3 and a fixed roller 13. The guidance post 15 is located at the vicinity of an axial line C of the holding shaft 1. The wire W reeled from the bobbin 3 comes to the center of the flier 2 and passes through the guidance post 15 so as to cross the axial line C, arriving at the fixed roller 13.
