To hang and support a garbage bag or plastic shopping bag, a pochette, a pouch, a handbag, or the like with a handle which can be rolled by hand to be formed like a relatively thin cord, or with a relatively thin loop-shaped cord or cord-like strap, in a relatively narrow space; to hang the garbage bag or plastic shopping bag in such a state as opened; and to hang and support a plurality of spare garbage bags or plastic shopping bags collectively.

The strap hanger support includes: a base 10; a support trunk 20 raised upward with a narrower width than that of the base to be supported by the base; projections 30 and 40 branched from the support trunk with a narrower width than that of the support trunk to project; and a guide member 50 projecting in the horizontal direction x from the base and having a plurality of narrow strap insertion paths 51-55 distributed in the horizontal direction y for inserting cords or cord-like straps 71 and 81 from the outer surface. The guide member 50 has strap fastening holes 56-60 continued from the strap insertion paths.
