To provide an effective and adequate stratified ground displacement meter which can measure displacement of each ground layer with high accuracy and can easily be installed at a low cost.
A series of rod connection bodies 5 obtained by connecting a plurality of rods 3 through displacement sensors 4 relatively displaceably in an axial direction is inserted into a bored hole 2 formed in ground 1, and each rod is fixed relatively indisplaceably to each layer of a measurement object, respectively by an anchor 6 and is arranged relatively displaceably in a vertical direction with respect to the other layers. The displacement sensors include a magnetic rod 11 fixed to one rod and a detection magnet 12 fixed to the other rod, and comprises a magneto-striction type linear displacement sensor for magnetically detecting a relative displacement amount from a magnetic field change which occurs when the detection magnet is relatively displaced in an axial direction with respect to the magnetic rod.
