To provide a 'straw mat' two-side cutting and end-part sewing machine which allows the operator to handle easily, has good durability, and can improve the working environment including the space for installation.

A 'straw mat' cutting and end-part sewing machine is structured so that cutting devices 1 and 2 for straw mat are furnished for straw mat holders 3 and 9 of end-part sewing machine. A front upper reference marking blade is furnished movably relative to the straw mat holders together with a straw mat cutting device, and a moving means moves the marking blade to the specified position and returns to the point of origin. When the cutting device 2 is positioned on the side with the base part, a guide rod (straw mat holder) 9 is inclined by the weight of the base side so that the forefront is positioned above, and a change is generated in the weight balance in the process of the cutting device 2 moving from the base side to the forefront, and the forefront lowers and lies alongside the straw mat. Parallel links inclined fore and aft with respect to the base table are installed, and a rotary supporting board for straw mat is furnished rotatably on these links.
