A cover of a street gutter 1 comprises a porous cover 30 such as a grating cover, and a concrete cover 20 disposed in parallel. These are separately manufactured, and placed to be supported on the gutter 1. Water flowing from a roadway 3 can be smoothly discharged from the porous cover 30 into the gutter 1, while the concrete covers 20 which are walkable can be disposed on a footway 2. Favorable drainability is thus achieved, while dropping of high heels into the grating can be prevented, thereby a gutter safe to walkers can be constructed.
