PURPOSE: To discharge rainwater which percolates through the road surface efficiently and smoothly even in the case of a big rainfall.

CONSTITUTION: Rectangular block bodies 1 are buried in series in a street gutter (a) along a water permeable paved road H where a surface layer J1 having permeability is constructed on the surface of an impermeable base layer J2. A drain groove 3 and a water guide groove 2 communicated with the drain groove 3 are respectively recessed upward on the lower surface of the block body 1. The drain groove 3 is formed in such a manner as to pierce between both ends in the direction 5 along the road H in the block body 2. The water guide groove 2 is disposed from a place adjacent to the vicinity of a boundary between the base layer J2 and and the surface layer J1 in the paved rod H in the block body 1 along the cross direction 4 of the road.
