PURPOSE: To enable the measurement of the displacement-stress relation in various modes, by arranging a servo motor, an angle of rotation detecting means, a rotational speed detecting means, a program setting means, a servo driving means and the like.
CONSTITUTION: A rotary driving section RD is connected to a transmission TM with a timing belt TB to rotate the transmission TM with a servo motor SM. The rotational speed and the angle of rotation of the motor SM are detected by a rotational speed detecting means TG and an angle of rotation detecting means PG respectively. The output of the means PG is compared with an angle of rotation setting signal from a program setting means PS by an angle of rotation setting means RS. The motor SM is rotated by a servo motor driving means SD with outputs of the means RS and the means TG and a rotational speed setting signal of the means PS as inputs. Then, the motor SM rotates at a constant angle by matching the output of the means PG with the angle of rotation setting signal. The motor SM rotates at a constant angle by matching the output of the means TG with the rotational speed setting signal. In this manner, the displacement-stress relationship can be measured.
