Abstract:

To provide an apparatus with which the stress relief work of a metal sheet or the like can be facilitated.

A stress relief apparatus S for stress relieving a material P to be processed is provided. The stress relief apparatus S has: a placing table 11 on which the material P to be processed is placed; a stress relief member 4 which has a shape in accordance with the stress relief work applied to the material P to be processed which is placed on the placing table 11; pressing means 2 for pressing the stress relief member 4 in the state where the pressing force to the material P to be processed is adjustable; and a pressing force measuring means 7 with which the pressing force for pressing the material by the pressing means 2 can be measured.
