PURPOSE: To obtain a food capable of mitigating light mental or physical stress by incorporating a food material containing at least glutathione with at least one kind of other antioxidant.

CONSTITUTION: This food is obtained by incorporating (A) a food material containing at least glutathione with (B) at least one kind of other antioxidant. This food is effective for preventing or mitigating light stress unnecessary even for any medical therapy.
