Abstract:
To provide a stress sensor with higher accuracy, realizing a finer sensing part.SOLUTION: A stress sensor includes: a base material; a pressure detection part disposed on one face of the base material, having a first electrode and a second electrode arranged facing each other and a pressure detection film interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, and configured to detect a pressing force generated in the pressure detection film; and a shearing force detection part disposed on one face of the base material, having a third electrode and a fourth electrode arranged facing each other and a shearing force detection film interposed between the third electrode and the fourth electrode, configured to detect a shearing force generated in the shearing force detection film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
