Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily straighten a stress on both side of auxiliary material of arbitrary width by simply changing an interval of left/right rollers to press/ rotate on both side of auxiliary material corresponding to arbitrary width of auxiliary material welded to the surface of material to be straightened, further, to straighten a stress at one side only of auxiliary material.
CONSTITUTION: An upper horizontal beam 2 is horizontally arranged between the upper parts of left/right support columns 3, 3 arranged apart, plural hydraulic cylinders 5, which press down one piece upper roller 6 to press the surface of a material (a) to be straightened at one side of an auxiliary material (b) welded on the surface of material (a) to be straightened, are arranged to the upper horizontal beam 2 horizontally movable. A drive shaft 7 rotatable in normal/reverse around axial center is horizontally arranged between the lower parts of left/right support columns 3, 3, plural lower rollers 8, which straighten stress by sandwiching the material(a) to be straightened in cooperation with the upper rollers 6 up/down, are arranged horizontally movable, further, a transfer roller 11 of long sideways, which transfers the material (a) to be straightened, is arranged at front/back across the drive shaft 7.
