Provided is a stretch fiber product that contains a polyurethane elastic staple having a urethane group concentration of 0.2 mol/kg or more to 3.5 mol/kg or less based on 1 kg polyurethane. The elastic staple has a fiber length in a range of 1 mm to 100 mm and has a coating polymer prepared by polymerization of at least one anionic vinyl monomer on the fiber surface.
