Abstract:
To provide a structurally simple stretch footstool 10 that enables a user to perform a calf stretch and toe training and that can be inexpensively manufactured.SOLUTION: A stretch footstool assumes a form in which approximately polyhedral blocks A and B made of a closed-cell synthetic resin foam are connected together in the state of having tips spread in a plan view. Each of the blocks A and B has a bottom surface 11 that is placed on a floor surface U, a tread 12 that is inclined to become gradually higher toward a front end 12a, and a front surface 13 that declines from the front end 12a of the tread 12.
