Two or more projections 4, 5, 6 are formed at the axle 2. Each projection 4, 5, 6 is projected radially outward from an axial center 2a. Each of the projections 34, 5, 6 is arranged equally spaced in the circumferential direction viewed from the axial direction. Since the axle 2 is stretched into a prepared hole H in a three-point supporting state along the circumferential direction, it is excellent in the stability and the fastening strength. Since each projection 4, 5, 6 is small in the projected dimension from the axial center 2a, the tip section can be prevented from tilting in the initial state to be fitted in the prepared hole H, it is possible to strike smoothly.
