Title:
STRING-LIKE RESIN FOAM-MOLDED OBJECT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2003236856
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To efficiently produce a larger number of string-like resin foam-molded objects by using a continuously let-out sheetlike base material.

The string-like resin foam-molded objects are produced by a process for allowing a plurality of sheetlike base materials to advance in such a state that the advance directions of them are made uniform, the surfaces in the width direction of the sheetlike base materials is made almost parallel and the surfaces in the width direction of a plurality of the adjacent sheetlike base materials are partially overlapped with each other and subsequently bending them to form groove-like molded objects, a process for coating the sheetlike base materials with a liquid or semi-liquid resin composition and a process for deforming the groove-like molded objects into a cylindrical shape to cure the applied resin composition.
