PURPOSE: To obtain a string passing ring arrangement member capable of sewing string passing rings at an equal interval without requiring labor corresponding to the length of the sewing region of the string passing rings of a curtain, shoes or a corset.

CONSTITUTION: A freely stretchable elastic strip 10 and a large number of the strip passing rings 12 fixed to one side surface of the elastic strip 10 at equal intervals are provided. Since the elastic strip 10 is freely stretchable, a string passing ring arrangement member 14 is cut into length wherein the number of the string passing rings 12 corresponding to the length of the sewing region of the string passing rings 12 is attached and, at the time of the sewing of the string passing rings 12 to a sewing region, if the elastic strip 10 of the string passing ring arrangement member 14 is stretched in matching relation to the sewing part, the string passing rings 12 can be fixed at equal intervals without doubling the elastic strip 10.
