Abstract:
To provide a string which satisfies the sense of hitting and durability that is high in balance, even while being low cost.
The string is composed by using a multifilament composed of polyamide or polyester, whose tire profile obtained from the ratio (a/b) of the long axis length (a) and short axis length (b) of a single-yarn cross section is 1.5-7, single-yarn size is 2-20 dtex, strength is 5-10 cN/dtex and elongation is 12-30% at least as a part of core yarn. For the string for a racket, the core yarn is composed by doubling at least two or more multifilaments.
