To provide a strip feeder where, even if the feed rate of a strip is increased, the fluting phenomenon of the strip can be suppressed.
The strip feeder comprises: an uncoiler of supplying a strip coiled so as to be a spiral shape by rotating the same to a direction opposite to the coiling direction of the strip; and a controller of performing the driving control of a motor in the uncoiler. The uncoiler includes: a strip mounting part mounted with the strip coiled so as to be a spiral shape and rotatably supporting the mounted strip: the motor for rotating the strip mounting part; and a supply signal outputting part of outputting a supply signal in which the level of the signal changes according to the supply of the strip. The controller performs the driving control of the motor in accordance with the feed rate of the strip when the strip fed from the uncoiler is intermittently fed to a press, and the supply rate of the strip based on the supply signal.
