Abstract:
PURPOSE: To further improve the selectivity Q in the strip line filter device used for a high frequency radio equipment.
CONSTITUTION: Grooves 8 are formed at the part of a dielectric substrate 5 positioned at the terminal parts of strip lines 7 in the breadthwise direction. Electrodes 9 conducted with the strip lines 7 are formed inside these grooves 8. Thus, since the areas of strip lines 7 are increased just for the electrodes 9 formed inside the grooves 8, the a high selectivity Q can be provided.
