PURPOSE: To prevent the adverse effect of bleeding of a conductive adhesives used to adhere resonance electrodes onto between two dielectric boards in the tri-plate strip line resonator comprising the two dielectric boards in the groove of which the resonance electrode is formed.
CONSTITUTION: A groove is formed to a 1st major side of a dielectric board 1, resonance electrodes 2a, 3a, 2b, 3b are formed in the inside of the groove, resonance electrodes 2a', 3a', 2b', 3b' consecutive from the resonance electrode in the groove are formed in a range of a prescribed width around the groove and the resonance electrodes are adhered through a conductive adhesives, The conductive adhesives bleeded to the adhered face of the two dielectric boards stays within the width of the resonance electrodes 2a', 3a', 2b', 3b' around the groove and no new electrode is formed.
