To provide a strip-shaped material feeding device which can be set in the vicinity of a die for press working, and further, whose constitution can be simplified.

The strip-shaped material feeding device 1 includes: a material feeding device body D; a driving-side roller 3 capable of rotational driving; and a driven-side roller 5 rotatable while holding a strip-shaped material W with the driving side roller 3, and feeds the strip-shaped material to a die 8 for press working while holding the same between the driving-side roller 3 and the driven-side roller 5. The driven-side roller 5 can be linked with a stripper plate 11 formed at the upper die 9 in the die 8 for press working and pressing the strip-shaped material W, and when the stripper plate 11 is lowered with the closing of the upper die 9 to the lower die 10, the driven-side roller 5 is moved to a direction separated from the driving-side roller 3, and the holding of the strip-shaped material W is released.
