Abstract:
To solve the problem that a conventional stripline resonator has no sufficient Q value.
The stripline resonator has a ground electrode 11 and a stripline electrode 13 opposed to the ground electrode 11 with a dielectric sheet 12 interposed, wherein a surface of the stripline electrode 13 which faces the ground electrode 11 is substantially plane and a surface of the stripline electrode 13 on the opposite side from the ground electrode 11 has a gentle shape at its periphery, so that the Q value of the stripline resonator is improved.
