Abstract:
To provide a peeling method, a peeling device, a conductor wire, a rotary electric machine and a manufacturing method of a rotary electric machine which can suppress remaining of an insulation coat on a conductor.SOLUTION: A conductor 2 has a first side face 16 and a second side face 17 which are a pair of opposite sides in a first direction X of a rectangle having a cross-sectional shape and has a third side face 18 and a fourth side face 19 which are a pair of opposite sides in a second direction Y intersecting the first direction X. A manufacturing method of the conductor 2 comprises a first peeling step of peeling an insulation coat 3 on the first side face 16 and the second side face 17 of the conductor 2 along the first side face 16 and the second side face 17 toward one direction of the first direction X, a second peeling step of peeing an insulation coat 3 on the third side face 18 and the fourth side face 19 of the conductor 2 along the third side face 18 and the fourth side face 19 toward the second direction Y, and a correction step of deforming the cross-sectional shape of the conductor 2 deformed at the first peeling step between the first peeling step and the second peeling step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
