To impart a new function to a stroboscopic device without providing an additional space.
The stroboscopic device is constituted of a main capacitor 25, a stroboscope substrate 30 on which a stroboscopic circuit including a circuit element such as a synchronous switch 27 and a stroble light emitting part 6 are formed, and a sub substrate 35 on which a light control circuit including a circuit element such as a phototransistor 36, etc., are formed. A thyristor 31 constituting the light control circuit is attached to the stroboscope substrate 30. Guide pins 37 and 38 and a trapezoidal pin 39 are insert-molded on the sub substrate 35. The light control circuit on the sub substrate 35 and the stroboscopic circuit on the stroboscope substrate 30 are connected and assembled with a lead wire. A stroboscope charging switch 5 is assembled by inserting the guide pins 37 and 38 on the sub substrate 35 into guide holes 44 and 45. The sub substrate 35 is made usable as a supporting member for the stroboscope charging switch 5 so that it is unnecessary to provide an addition space for the sub substrate.
