A lid 2 to close opening, a guide part 3 to intrude in a housing chamber 1 inside from the opposite side of the opening and to go in/out and a lock part 4 to control advancing of the guide post 3 in the housing chamber 1 are arranged in the housing chamber 1 where one side is opened, the guide post 3 is formed with a tapered part 5 at the housing chamber side, the lock part 4 is arranged with fan- shaped pieces 6 distributedly arranged along the outer periphery of the guide post 3, a case ring 8, which is fitted to the guide post 3 and has an inclined guide for shifting the fan-shaped pieces 6 to the center at the outer peripheral side, and a coil spring 9 to push the fan-shaped pieces 6 to the case ring 8. Until the push force applied to the guide post 3 reaches energizing force of the coil spring 9, the fan-shaped pieces 6 lock the tapered part 5 so as to prevent the guide post 3 from advancing when exceeding the energizing force, the fan-shaped pieces 6 are pushed away in the outer peripheral direction by the tapered part 5, the lock part 4 is released so as to advance the guide post 3.
