To provide a device for keeping the stroke amount of a movable part of an actuator or its range constant even when the stroke position of a thrust member is changed.
This stroke regulating device is provided for regulating the stroke of the thrust member 18 which is pushed by the movable part 3 of the actuator 1 having reciprocating motion and moved in the same direction as that of the movable part 3. The movable part 3 and the thrust member 18 are arranged relatively movable in the stroke direction, and a filling chamber 14 is formed between the movable part 3 and the thrust member 13. In the filling chamber 14, fluid filler 17 is filled in a dischargeable manner, which is selectively set into a sealed condition for transmitting the thrust of the movable part 3 to the thrust member 13. A plurality of transmission devices in which the movable part 3 and the thrust member 18 are so disposed as to be relatively moved in the stroke direction are movably installed independently of each other. The transmission devices are annularly installed in the stroke direction.
