Abstract:
To independently control variable stroke volume and compression ratio with separate control mechanisms and motors, to realize accurate control and reduce power consumption.SOLUTION: In a device in which a piston 11 and a crankshaft 15 are connected by a piston rod 12, a connecting link 17, and a connecting rod 13, a small end pin 13-4 of a connecting rod is stroked linearly with a guide rail to change an inclination of a guide with respect to a cylinder core axis, or the small end pin 13-4 of the connecting rod and the connecting link 17 are connected by a rocker arm to displace a swing axis core in a cylinder core axis direction, thereby enabling independently variable control of a compression ratio with a control mechanism and a motor different from the variable stroke.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
