To provide a stroller with a sunshade for preventing ultraviolet rays applied by covering of titanium dioxide and plant pigment because a conventional sunshade of a stroller cannot prevent ultraviolet rays effectively.

This stroller with the sunshade for preventing ultraviolet rays is constituted by providing a hook-and-loop fastener 4 around an opened part of the stroller 1 and combining the sunshade 5 provided with the hook-and-loop fastener 4 in a peripheral part of a cover 7 for preventing ultraviolet rays with a transparent window 6 provided with covering of titanium dioxide fine powders on a cloth having a substantially hexagonal shape with the opened part of the stroller 1 detachably in the opened part.
