This stroller comprises right and left two pipes 17 extending in parallel with each other, armrests 16 pivoted on the pipes 17 at respective ends and on which tip end parts of front legs 12 having front wheels 11 are pivoted, rear legs 14 pivoted on the respective armrests 16 and to which rear wheels 13 are fixed at lower end parts, and lock members 26 for respectively locking the legs 14 on the pipes 17. By upward oscillating the armrests 16 for the pipes 17, the stroller can be folded such that the legs 11 and the legs 13 are approximately in parallel with each other. Lower end parts of a U-shaped hand bar 15 are pivoted on outsides of the pipes 17 so as to be frontward and backward oscillated, and by the oscillation, the backside state and the face-to- face side state can be switched.
