Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a strong dielectric material capable of being used in a capacitor to be built in a low density energy conversion device and having a phase transition temperature (Curie temperature) near normal temperature by constituting it of a specific copolymer.

CONSTITUTION: A strong dielectric material shown in the title is constituted of a copolymer with either one of vinyliden, trifluoroethylene, hexafluoroacetone and hexafluoropropene. The optimal ratio of the respective copolymer components is: fluorovinyliden of 40 to 78 molar %, trifluoroethylene of 14 to 60 molar %, either one of hexafluoroacetone and hexafluoropropene of 0.1 to 15 molar %. Thereby, a strong dielectric material having a phase transition temperature (Curie temperature) near normal temperature can be obtained.
