At least two closed protrusions are integrally formed on the outer peripheral surface of a hollow main pipe part, those two closed protrusions are arranged by forming an angle of ≥45° to <135° around the main axis of the main pipe part, all of intersecting planes which are projection planes to the main pipe part of each end surface of those two closed protrusions share a common plane perpendicular to the main axis of the main pipe part only in a part of the intersecting plane, the area of a part of the intersecting plane is 30-90% to each area of the intersecting plane, and the protruding height of each of two closed protrusions is set to ≥0.3D (D is the outside diameter of a pipe stock before forming of the structural joint member).
