PURPOSE: To provide a structure for attaching an actuator for an automatic vehicle speed control device and an actuator drive pump, which may not only contribute to effectively using the space in an engine compartment but also is excellent in vibration resistance.

CONSTITUTION: A bracket 50 has a base plate 51 provided at its two ends with nuts 53, and a stationary plate 52 projected substantially perpendicular to the base plate 51 between both ends of the base plate 51. A vacuum actuator 1 is positioned on one nut 53 side of the bracket 50, and an actuator drive pump 10 is positioned on the other nut 53 side of the bracket 50, and in this condition, the actuator 1 and the pump 10 are fixed to the opposite surfaces of the stationary plate 52. Then, the actuator 1 and the pump 10 are integrally incorporated with each other, and then they are attached to a vehicle body B through the intermediary of the bracket 50.
