To provide a battery case using a less number of component parts, requiring less man-hours for assembling process, easy to execute the management, and embodied in such a simple structure that a member fitted with an electrode piece and resilient piece folded in the mutually opposite directions is installed on a partition, an upper lid and a lower lid are mounted and removed by a hook structure, and that the upper lid can be mounted and removed in a single operation by pushing out the upper lid at normal times by the resilient piece and releasing the hook structure by pushing a tab.

A battery case structure is configured with one lid 2 arranged as accommodating a battery 5, a partition 4 installed on the side with one electrode of the battery 5, a member fitted with a plurality of pieces attached to the partition 4 and folded in the mutually opposite directions, a first hook structure formed on a tab of the lid 2, another lid put on the first named lid 2 and with its inside pressed by either of the above pieces, and a second hook structure installed inside the latter named lid and coupled with the first hook structure, wherein the above member is used both for the electrode of the battery 5 and the piece to press the latter named lid.
