To reduce ventilation resistance of an air stream from the internal space on the intake side having an inside/outside air lead-in opening to the space on the discharge side having an air blower of a portrait type air-conditioning unit, thus increase the volume of ventilation, and control noise.

A bellmouth 24 is constituted by assembling an assembly piece 32 and an assembly piece 37. The assembly piece 32 is extended from an opening 30 of an intake box 2 to the outside, and the assembly piece 37 is extended from an opening 36 of a scroll part 5 to the inside. Further, the intake box 2 has a cylindrical part 28a which converges to the limb side of the bellmouth 24 for a short time as the cylindrical part proceeds toward the bellmouth 24 side. The inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical part 28a is continuous with the inner peripheral surface of the bellmouth 24. Even when the intake box 2 and the scroll part 5 are assembled, the formation of a dead-space-like angle corner part on the side within internal space of the intake box 2 is prevented.
