Abstract:

PURPOSE: To attach/detach a joint easily by constituting a blank plug by a joint supporting part supporting the joint, a piston adhering closely to the hole surface of the joint and a pressure room moving forward/backward the piston and forming a through-hole connecting the joint hole to the pressure room.

CONSTITUTION: A pump is actuated to carry high pressure water to a hose. At a part fitting the blank plug 13, the high-pressure water passes through the through-hole 25 and stays in the pressure room 23, so that the pressure in the pressure room 23 is increased and the pressure in the pressure room 23 presses the piston 21 to the cheese type joint side. Thus, extremely effective self-sealing can be formed by using the water pressure of the high pressure water effectively.
