Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the structure of a building having excellent flexibility on the construction plan and structural plan and realizing various plane plans and dwelling layouts.
CONSTITUTION: The whole plan view is divided into multiple blocks, and each block is constituted of multiple sub-tubes 1-1 having an independent tube structure and core sections 2 connecting the sub-tubes 1-1. The sub-tube 1-1 is constituted of an outer periphery section 3 bearing the earthquake force, studs 4 bearing the vertical load, and a floor slab 5. The sub-tube 1-1 has an upper structure and a foundation as an independent structure. Dampers may be inserted between the sub-tubes 1-1 and the core sections 2.
