Abstract:
PURPOSE: To positively join an anode wire to a chip piece without increasing material cost and reducing the effective volume in the chip piece of a capacitor element in a solid electrolytic capacitor such as tantalum.
CONSTITUTION: The tip of an anode wire 13 is electrically joined to a chip piece 12 by a nail head which is formed by crushing a ball part 13" formed at the tip.
