Cards 8 layered stackedly in the card stacker are fed from a card feed port 9 continuously one by one starting from the card 8A in the lowermost layer. Racks 4b, 12a are provided on respective inner faces opposed each other in a side plate 4 and a door 12. Pinions 20A, 20B meshed with the racks 4b, 12a are provided in a weight 15 mounted on the uppermost layer card 8B. A unidirectional clutch 21A is interposed between the pinion 20A and a support shaft 19A to allow anti-clockwise rotation with respect to the support shaft 19A and to regulate clockwise rotation. A unidirectional clutch 21B is interposed between the pinion 20B and a support shaft 19B to allow clockwise rotation with respect to the support shaft 19B and to regulate anti-clockwise rotation.
