PURPOSE: To prevent noises and signals on the earth connection line between a printed wiring board and a case by holding earth pads on the rear face of the printed wiring board with supporting pieces on a bottom plate of the case and pressure plates on a front cover and a rear cover.
CONSTITUTION: Earth pads 1A at the rear face side of a printed wiring board 1 are directly connected to supporting pieces 15 on a bottom plate of a case. Earth pads 1A at the front face side of the printed wiring board 1 are directly connected to pressure plates 25, 35 on a front cover 20 and a rear cover 30 respectively. The supporting pieces 15 and the presser plates 25, 35 are wide. Therefore, an earth connection line between the printed wiring board 1 and the case is prevented from generating or receiving noises. On the other hand, there is no stage at a boundary section between upper edge members of the front cover 20 and the rear cover 30 and an upper cover and there is no stage either at a boundary section between side edge members of the front cover 20 and the rear cover 30 and side plates of the upper cover. Therefore, the outer appearance of the case is good.
