To prevent the leakage of molten metal and the damage of a piping by forming the molten metal receiving inlet of an injection sleeve to a recessing truncated conical shape and the introducing pipe tip end part of a molten metal supplying device to a projecting spherical surface shape and making both contacting parts to a linear- contacting condition.
In a die casting machine, the molten metal is injected into a die cavity from the injection sleeve 4. The injection sleeve 4 and the molten metal supplying piping 50 are connected with the introducing pipe tip end part 50A. Then, the molten metal receiving inlet 4a of the injection sleeve 4 is arranged at the lower part of outer peripheral side surface of the injection sleeve 4 and formed as the recessing tapered shape (truncated conical shape), and the introducing pipe tip end part 50A abutted on this has the shape formed as the spherical surface. Then, the connecting condition of the introducing pipe tip end part 50A to the molten metal receiving inlet 4a is not surface-contact but the linear-contact. By this structure, even if the deformation caused by extension except the axial direction is developed, the allowance in some degree can be held and the damage of the piping caused by the extension of the molten metal piping by affecting the heat of the molten metal, can be prevented.
