PURPOSE: To provide a structure which allows the change of the height of a top plate at a window for business, adapts itself to standardization without requiring special devices for a change, allows the easy constitution of a counter and is effective for crime prevention as well.

CONSTITUTION: This structure is composed of the top plate 1 which is detained and fitted to the upper part of legs 2, single or plural housing boxes 3 which are attachable and detachable to and from the top of this top plate 1 and are box bodies opening backward, single or plural crime preventive screens 5 which are attachable and detachable to and from these housing boxes 3 and have a U shape in sectional shape opening vertically and backward, a base 4 which is integrally formed with a stand supporting part 4a, inclined supporting 4b, a supporting projection 4c and a top plate fitting part 4d, and the additional top plate 6 which is attachable and detachable to and from the top of the stand supporting part 4a.
