Abstract:
PURPOSE: To manufacture a cover with which defects such as accumulation of dust and also deformation generated by warp, torsion, sink marks and the like are eliminated.
CONSTITUTION: A cover 1 of a bucket or the like is injection molded by filling resin, and at least its outer periphery is formed into a hollow thick wall section 4. In the method of molding said cover 1, resin is filled into a resin filling section of a mold by injection molding, and then gas is injected from a molding injection needle into a section corresponding to the thick wall section 4 in the resin filling section, and a hollow section 5 is formed inside by said gas pressure.
