To provide a prescribed cushioning property by forming a three- dimensional net of an upper mesh layer, a lower mesh layer and a pile layer having many piles that integrate the upper and lower mesh layers and forming the three-dimensional net integrally with a pad member by foaming.
The cushion structure is formed by furnishing with a pad material and a three-dimensional net embedded in the pad material, and constituting of the upper mesh layer, the pile layer having many piles integrating the upper mesh layer and the lower mesh layer, and foaming the three-dimensional net integrally with the pad material. It is preferable to dip the pad material in the interior of the three-dimensional net. More specifically, a sheet cushion 2 is made up of a urethane pad material 6 and the three-dimensional net (hereinafter referred to as a 3D net) 8 embedded in the center of the pad material, and the 3D net 8 is foamed integrally with the pad material 6, and the pad material 6 penetrates into the interior of the 3D net.
