PURPOSE: To provide a door trim structure capable of preventing the appearance from becoming unattractive when ribs are provided on the back side of the door trim, and forming a door pocket integrally with the ribs in particular without complicating the type and structure of the door trim structure.

CONSTITUTION: In a door trim structure having a door pocket 6 provided on the surface side of a trim body 10 and at least either of rib groups 7 (7a to 7e) projecting on the back side of the trim body toward the outside of a car body, a pocket member 11 forming the door pocket, and at least either of rib groups, are formed integrally with the rim body through hinge parts 11H, 12H in state where they are turnably connected to the trim body. Further, the pocket member is assembled on a door body in state where it is turned about the hinge part and positioned on the surface side of the trim body, and the ribs are assembled on the door body in state where they are turned about the hinge part and positioned on the back side of the trim body.
