This structure of fire compartment penetrating part includes: a coaming installed in a through-hole of the compartment provided at a partition part of a ship; the piping cables passing through the inside of the coaming; a seal material covering the piping cables; and a thermoexpansive fireproof sheet covering the outer periphery of the coaming and the outer periphery of the seal material. The coaming is installed projecting from the compartment provided at the partition part of the ship, and the seal material covers the piping cables outside the coaming.
