To prevent the fall-off of a sleeve protecting a wiring such as a cable from a compartment through-part passing through a partition floor in a building between upper and lower compartments, and to prevent catching fire by closing the compartment through-part when a fire occurs.
On the compartment through-part where a compartment through-hole 5 inserted with the sleeve 6 is provided passing through the partition floor 1 in the vertical direction and the wiring 4 is inserted through the sleeve 6, a thermally expanding fireproof tape 9 is wound ranging from the upper end of the sleeve 6 to the wiring 4 pulled out of the sleeve 6. Then, the thermally expanding fireproof tape 9 is fixed to the wiring 4 with a wire or the like to prevent the fall-off of the sleeve 6 from the compartment through-hole 5. When a fire occurs, the compartment through-hole 5 is closed with the thermal expansion of the thermally expanding fireproof tape 9 to prevent the entry of flames to the compartment side adjacent thereto.
