To reduce the weight of the ceiling interior trim material, and to improve the design by forming several lines of easily bending part along each edge of a molded ceiling interior trim material, and attaching a general part inside of the easily bending part to a ceiling panel with the adhesive agent, and bending a part of the ceiling interior material outside of the easily bending part into a step-shape, and inserting the edge of the ceiling interior trim material into a clearance between the ceiling panel and a roof rail.
Three lines, for example, of easily bending parts 21, 22, 23 are formed along an edge 11 of a base material 10 in parallel with each other. These easily bending parts are formed by notching the base material in the thickness direction, and the easily bending parts 21, 23 formed by notching from the surface side of the base material and the easily bending part 22 formed by notching from the back side are formed each other so that the edge 11 can be bent. A general part 12 of the base material 10 is attached to a ceiling panel by plural adhesive sheets 30. The edge 11 of the base material 10 is bent zigzag at the easily bending parts 21, 22, 23, and pulled inward once, and thereafter, the edge 11 is inserted into a clearance 52 between the ceiling panel 50 and a roof rail 51, and thereafter, when the bending force is released, the edge 11 is pushed into the clearance 52 by the flexibility of the base material.
