To provide an economical and simple structure for fixing waterproof gloves to the sleeve openings of a rain coat, capable of certainly preventing penetration of rain water in the gloves through the sleeve opening and exchanging only the glove when the glove is damaged.

A wrapping unit 6 is formed by inserting the open end of a waterproof glove 1 made of a material having waterproofness and stretchability into a wrapping ring 5 having a size for enabling to insert a hand, subsequently wrapping the aforesaid wrapping ring 5 by inverting the open end in a spread state and closely wrapping the ring 5 and the aforesaid wrapping unit 6 is closely covered by a sleeve opening cover 7 having waterproofness and stretchability and installed on the inside of the sleeve opening of a rain coat to attach the unit to the sleeve opening of the rain coat.
