Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a float valve capable of altering a piping structure to a horizontal or vertical without disassembling its casing.
CONSTITUTION: An inlet 3, a valve chamber 1, and an outlet 4 are formed with casings 2, 5, and 6. The one end of a partition member 12 which forms an outlet connecting passage 18 is positioned inside the valve chamber 1, and a valve seat member 17 in which a valve port 16 is opened is mounted on the end of the partition member. Also a float seat member 19 is installed on the valve seat member 17. The other end of the partition member 12 is protruded from the casing 5, and fixed with nut 14. When a piping construction is altered to horizontal or vertical, the nut 14 is loosened and the partition member 12 is rotated.
